Brown County Board of Supervisors commends The First Winter authors

On Wednesday, September 18 five of the twelve authors gathered in person to accept an official commendation from the Board of Supervisors of Brown County, Wisconsin. Two Shrews couldn’t be prouder of how The First Winter project is affecting the community and how the community recognizes it. The book and its authors bring people together to ask questions, look beyond assumptions, and see for themselves what they have in common. Congratulations, Bisharo Abdullahi, Nimco Sh.
